Help me I cannot update my list page. It will allow me to bring up edit box, change numbers, but will not allow me to save changes. 😕

try refreshing, there is also an update button below.
And what browser are you using?

I know about the update button below. It does not work either. I am having same issue with aol, verizon yahoo, and internet explorer. 😮

be more specific, like when you click the update button it freezed, or have a white page, or error appear? or it works fine but your list doesn't update?

I click the update button and it doesn't update. The screen comes up with the old numbers.

hmm...... pretty odd, because i just updated mine and it was fine... maybe click List again now and update again?

can you give us a screenshot then? and point us some of your problems 😉

I hope you've already tried some basic stuff such as:

• Clearing you're caché (just right click explorer and clear all the files)
• Restarting your computer (is not the same as repairing your connection)

Also if you press the button, does it take a long time for the new 'updated' page to appear, or do you have a slow data-transfer; connection?

Also if you have some sort of firewall, try to turn it off and try again. I don't think that would be the problem but you can never know for sure.

Another thing; if you click on the chapter-number, it should increase by 1. Same goes for the volume-number. So try updating your reading stats without clicking the edit-button, but directly by clicking the numbers. Maybe that'll work ^^

Other than trying that I highly suggest you check if you have Java Script enabled. If you don't the lists won't work.

Can you also clarify with "old numbers"? How are numbers old?

mayber he means the newly inputted numbers are not getting saved, rather the previous ones stay the same

i think that's what he meant to say....maybe try wait for a while, sometimes it's just connection problems...my computer blacks out all the time.
