I voted not in some countries, because if manga came out at the same rate it came out in japan in english then i would buy it and never download it.

with that being said, there is another condition to that, if they didnt censor it and take out scenes and entire chapters cause they felt like it then i would buy it also.

same with anime, take naruto as a perfect example, what they did to that series .. i believe the quote "Believe it" is enough for anyone to agree that they destroyed a perfectly good series and ruined it with bad translation and additions of shit.

plus it takes years to come out, in saying that, i download stuff to see if it is any good or not, if it is then ill buy it, even if the translation job is shit comparitive to fansub groups, cause lets face it most fansub groups do a waaaaaaay better job of translation.

i look at it as try before i buy, i think if you really like something you should support it, if i couldnt download anime/manga anymore id probably drop it all together because i could never tell if it was any good or not.
