I'm looking for mangas that have male lead characters or male characters that have piercings and/or tattoos, like a lip ring or something with romance in it. Hint or heavy romance, doesn't matter. Thanks!

There are a mix of male and female tattooed characters in this thread, but you might get some ideas there.
As for piercings, my personal favorite is Masca. Pierced lip, nipple, and more.
