i work out daily and go to kendo twice a week totaling about 9 and a half hours of workout every week 😃

i used to, but when i got to 9th grade i stopped, and then my muscle mass left, now i have small muscles on a big frame, i need some mass back...

I now work out about 4 times a week. I don't have time for more, but I am hoping if I work hard enough during those times I can lose the weight I need to.
It isn't like I am not strong, I lift 90lbs dogs everyday, but I am a fat kid so I need to work harder so I can get rid of it.

because of school, i haven't had the time to do anything, so i marked the last option. D: but when summer comes i'll be going all out practicing soccer, taking tennis classes, and doing my own training schedule... especially since i got a new boxing set for my birthday 😀 need to put it to good use.

and luckily my metabolism from exercising so much from previous years has kept me in satisfiable shape for this whole year. definitely need to lose some more weight around the thighs, though. D:

I work out doing cardio stuff 4 times a week and weightlifting twice a week. then I have this really intense fencing practice once a week. But when the official fencing season comes around again, I'll drop the cardio and replace it with fencing practice 5 times a week. I'm trying to get in shape for next season. >_< it's not easy when you've sat on your butt doing nothing for the past 3 years.

i do it when i feel like it, just get on the floor and do pushups in calculus or at work, not like anybody can say anything.

I'm a lazy person. In the past, I would exercise for a few days then forgott to continue doing it for a couple of months. Then I would start doing it again, and the pattern would repeat.

Lately, I have been getting into the routine of exercising for half an hour every night at 11PM with my brother and his girlfriend. Exercising with others makes it less bored. We would watch "Whose Line Is It Anyway" while exercising to make the time goes away fast.

My immune system is really weak. I get sick easily so I really need to excercise to make me more healthier for my own good.
