I only exercise when participating in PE like activities. I'm learning fencing and thats how i get my regular exercise. I play lots of silly games on the weekends like Manhunt (a game like tag) or capture the flag.

Daily. Mostly because it's habitual and part of my routine, and it gives me a reason to shower.

If I didn't exercise and get sweaty, I honestly would never shower. 😐

But I sort of sprained my ankle so I haven't done it for about two days. I kind of miss it, I'll probably pick it back up Monday. I hope I don't get too smelly.

Daily... but no weight lifting.... mostly stretching, cycling, swimming.... and motocross/karting if I have the time.

i sometimes work out and sometimes i dont. i try to go to the gym once a week, but when im not, i give my punchbag a good beating.
used to walk to work, but now too far away so ride scooter. walk around alot at work so i suppose it counts as exercise.

otherwise im really lazy

i don't do workouts...i don't run if i'm not running away or there's a ball of some kind involved or both...

i used to do push ups, stretching, jogging and some light weight lifting but only as a part of training...paying someone so i can lift things is a no no in my book.

also i have a few friends addicted to training, so when we shoot hoops if i see them running faster...i sometimes do something about it...

Stretch everyday. I run two miles every other day. I lift weights two or three times a week.

Why do I do it? Because a strong body equals longevity in damn near every aspect of my life.

I should... but I don't. I'm pretty much set for summer and fall because I'm in a marching band. It tires you out. Trust me. Other then that, I don't really do exercise unless I'm in PE. I should get into the habit of exercising somewhat though.

Frisbee golf is tiring, especially when you have to walk around a HUGE playing field. And all those mounds you have to climb up. agh.

Yep, Daily.
I do sports a lot so I usually have practice every day except for saturdays and sundays, but those are the only day I'm lazy and don't do some kind of exercise. I gotta keep in shape! I don't wanna get fat! xD
