Omoi no Kakera

The only one I could think of atm, somehow I rarely save any Yuri I read in my lists...

Shouldn't this be in the Yaoi/Yuri forum? You'll probably get better results there.

My recommendations are not for you if what you're really looking for is "fake" unrequited love. The lack of feeling on the part of one of the girls in the following manga is real, and the straight girl never switches sexuality.

Blue
Gunjou
Otome Cake
Orange Sweet Olive Blossoms
Third oneshot from Sweet Lovin' Baby

I have no idea why someone would suggest Sasameki Koto, though. Whatever unrequited love there was was not between the main couple, or even between a prominent side couple. Ditto for Omoi no Kakera.

Mars no Kiss - This is one of my favorite series. The unrequited love makes it all the more beautiful.

Sasameki Koto has unrequited love iirc. Omoi no Kakera definitely does.

The main character doesn't return the feelings of the younger girl, and the younger girl doesn't return the feelings of her glasses friend. Even years later, the mc ends up introducing her faceless girlfriend to them, someone they don't know. No one ever ends up with the people they wanted.
