Also I don't see either Margaret or Hancock would become a crewmember.. Luffy's crew has to evolve and get stronger.. I mean Hancock seems as powerful as she's going to get. What more can that beam do really.. She will probably sacrifice herself for luffy a little later.. And Margaret just doesn't seem strong enough. She will be left behind at the end of the arc or something like Princess Vivi was 🙂

You fail to realize that Hancock is Shichibukai, she has to be at-least as powerful in her fighting ability as the rest of them, or she wouldn't have been made one. as far as Margaret goes who knows what intangibles she might bring to the crew if she joined, its not all about raw strength.
