did you get custom wheels, if so from where

as for your question maybe you could approach a company(not likely)

I didnt get custom wheels i just use precision grade rubber rink quality racing skate wheels.

and as for the pics i will post some up soon as I am currently collating all of my designs and test pics I will also post up some links to some video material of some of the test runs but i would perfer to post them up all at once. I hope to have this done in the next week as there is ALOT of material as i started this project around 6 months ago.

I am hoping to contact some majour skate manufacturers and extreme sport producers to submit my work so far. This will be done in around a month after i get these babies patented.

An interesting thing about these is that they dont fit into the road laws in most countrys eaven though they can go well over the speed limit in most urban areas. This means I have the advantages of a padestrian in being able to use the sidewalk however having the advantage of using the road and being able to move in and out of traffic making it a viable mode of transport

Hi I'm new so I don't know how far you got with AT. I like Air Gear and I think AT are cool.

well in manga it looks like it is in our time but AT are there for some quite time. Well creating Regalia as special as in manga would take a lot of time and in manga they created also a lot of mysterious things like Fang or that tower(2 generation of gravity children at least 20 years). Say wind road don't exist is absurd but see them. well doubtfull.

To turn AT into reallity is not easy task but who said that some heavy machine would fly too and now we've got so many planes.
there are some problems.

• material that is able to stand high speed and high jump and
• engines for each wheel means more power, good thing, how to get it working
• cooling for enginges, of course you can use air while running
• power source for engines. i thought of bateries, but they are just weak. according to manga you should use you force in legs but how to transfer this power into engines
• brakes enough powerful to stop at high speed in few seconds
• make two or three mods for AT. Walking mod - walk like with normal shoes, Roller mod - just like old rollerblades, AT mod - our goal
• high jump - system that allouws you jump high without need to get some speed. in anime they do that.
• landing - one of biggest problem for normal human. if you do high jump you must safely land or it is you first and last high jump. some system that would slow down your fall is good enough
• weight of AT, if they are too heavy you can only ride road. making them as light as shoe would be great

well these are main problems of which I thought. Making Regalia is task of advancing AT on high level. I know that AT will be expensive so Parts War will be there from very beginning and I think AT will became hit in the world. I would travel by AT then by bus and Car. So let's aim for our own wind road 😎

The lock break system

This is a lever type break that activates when you powerslide. Only for experts as this is one of the dangerous regalia.

The "shazan" blade

This is a regalia designed by a friend of mine. It consists of a large "blade" made of aluminium that protrouds out of each boot which means that wall riding becomes esier (at the detriment of the wall) It is only usefull really on certain types of surfaces. This regalia is one we have been very careful in implimenting as it can be used to cause considerable damage to an opposing skater in a compitition and is possibly the most dangerous regalia that i have seen so far.

The "fifth wheel" system

This regalia was created by a friend of mine who works on skates for a living and it consits of a boot which has been modified to include a large wheel in the toe of the boot. This is one of my faves although a pain to install it is used to do a move we call the cross wave where a skater runs and jumps at one wall and bounces off to another and uses the "fifth wheel" to ride down

The slipstream regalia

This is a small metal plate over the center of the axel made of titanium that is melted flat and then has a gouge welded in. This is useful for 2 things protecting the motor and grinding very fast for a very ling time.on the corner of a rail.

The "dark horn"

This is simply a metal cap for the skate with a large Rino like horn on the tip. not really useful for much it just looks really cool and provides some extra protection to the tips of your ATs

The "Lazer wheel"

This regalia consists of an aluminium core inside the ruber wheel spinning opposite to the direction of your wheel which goes over the bearing. This regalia means that the stride you take will be harder but it will give a heap more energy to the motor meaning you move much faster for a slight bit more effort.

The "leaper"

This is a modified chassis made to house thicker whels and a small hydraulic system to increase the jump height and reduce landing impact but the downside is that it decreases stride power.

The "tank"

This is a modification to the AT to make it work like Quad skates. While it slightly reduces speed it is much more stable and is excellent for a beginner and for matches where its last man standing.

these "regalia" are simple and we have had a load of fun experimenting with the limitations of both the AT and ourselves as well as the regalia. If you guys want to start having the same fun I suggest you guys do is start learning to skate on normal inlines well and set up "teams" and make it a big thing while we slowly introduce ATs (which shouldnt be long at all).

Here around my town i have been modifing peoples regular skates into "ATs" and there are a few teams set up with emblems and parts and there are regular compitions ranging from sprints to placing your emblem on top of a hard to reach place and eaven more vicious matches like last man standing and others.

And if you guys are wondering about the "wind road" yes you can almost feel it when you are moving very fast or performing a difficult trick NO ITS NOT WINGS COMING OFF YOUR FEET WHILE YOU GRING RAILWAY CABLES!!! Its a sensation of flight which i belive to be the closest thing we are going to get!

that sounds good. AT world is being born. Well I'm not skater but I like rollerblades ect. I didn't have got a chance to ride it because my parents were very strict and allow me and my sisters only to go to school or work in the garden so we diďn't got many frends and were close at home. So I'm going to ride rollerblades at least. I'd gladly ride AT of course.

I'll wait till you post pics of parts of AT. I'm sure that it will become hit. Anyway I¨ve been figuring out how to make AT but I'm no good for example with engine. should it be in wheel itself or just outside of wheel. and also high jump and landing system and moving system. Sure it must be controlable by your foot. And last thing is Power. I thought of battery that would give starting pushes and while riding wheels would recharge battery. just like with cars. but make something small, hard to brake and light. powerful enough for high speed.

Anyway I'm happy that AT will become reallity very soon. Fly higher in the sky. 😎

I've got one question in my mind right now. Air Gear and AT ideas come from Japan. I'm sure it has got a lot of fans and Japan is one of the most technologicaly advanced country in the world. Why do not they make AT? 😕 They are making very advenced toys and games but not AT. Personally I think AT are more real thing to happen than becoming super hero or mage. Sure it is fun to watch super hero as he kick bad guys asses but I think be with friends is more fun then just watching TV or playing games all day. As I wrote earlier. AT would be big hit and if the price would be acceptable for most of the people they could easily earn a lot of money. Well it happens to come in my mind. See you.

This thread makes me really, really depressed. It's one thing to dream, and another thing to dream and not know it.

That said, I'm fascinated: I wonder how azure will respond to requests for proof. Will he ignore the requests? Will he have excuses? Will he simply leave and not return?

Three choices. I'm putting money at ignoring them at first, then tossing down an excuse once or twice as pressure goes up, and finally leaving. The next most likely is him just disappearing. After that, any unused combination of the three options sounds reasonable to me.

Would anybody like to take bets? I'm still drawing up the odds, but it's alright to get started at this point! 😉

I am just scanning in prints now and converting fliche to Digi now I havent got video but i do have pics as i do not own a video camera as of yet. So if you would all calm down I will have It up very very soon so in the mean time keep you pants on!!!

I'm very interested in your work. I was thinking too how to make AT and came up with some ideas so I compare them to yours. I heard something like AT is made but battery must be carried on your back and with one motor in each shoe. Well. Battery on its own is problem itself. light and powerful enough and last long for doing tricks. I thought how put motor in wheel but I think it's not good idea. and system for start move ahead and back. I got idea but not sure. So I'll wait. Hope I find parts to make them and won't be too expensive. my country somehow full of poor people even though politicians are saying that we have high lifestyles (means we got expensive thing, not true) if you want to buy some good new car it will cost at least salary from at least 1 and half of year.

I know it doesn't belong here but here is example of how much we can safe. Salary is about 13 000 if you work for some time. about 3 000 goes for taxes, 10 000 left. pay about 4 500 the cheapest flat rent. about
2 000 takes elektricity, water and gas. left is about 3 500. about
1 500 - 2 000 takes food. left is 1 500 for whole month and prices in my country are very high (skates cost about 1 500 - cheaper ones thought they are here fow such long time). Thanks to our politicians morons. >:-( They say we got averige salary at least 25 000. their salaries are at least 60 000 >:-( well it is about situation in my country and it will go to worse. well thanks for reading it and don't minding it. Sorry but I must tell this cause i am angry about it. 😎

Either way, it's been quite some time since his post; there should be something by now. Of course, if he does give us pictures, it's just going to be roller skates with random crap taped on to them, or glued on, to make them look fancy. This is the kind of thing that I won't believe without a video of it functioning, in the same way that I won't believe somebody built a flying car just because they took pictures of a car with wings on its roof.
