Do you have a gamestop near you?
Sometimes they have used manga for cheap. Also you can go to Discount anime dvd they have manga for sale and ship anywhere. Dunno if this is good price or not.

If you are in the USA Borders is probably the cheapest because there should never be a reason you should have to go there without a coupon.
Borders always has a coupon here: http://visitborders.com/
This place: http://www.cubicmall.com/store/mangaoutlet.html
It only has one publisher, but they are $2 apice...

Borders is good, if you join their rewards program you get even better coupons. 😀
I also buy a lot from www.rightstuf.com. They (almost) always have a sale of some sort going on, sometimes up to 40% off (and free shipping if you buy a certain amount).
If there are used bookstores in your area, they may have some manga too, and the "standard" used price around here is 1/2 cover price.

I thought Waldenbooks went out of business. I haven't seen one for a while.

Waldenbooks = Borders, only smaller & simpler, I think?? Borders bought Waldens a while back, I believe - the Borders coupons etc. work at Waldens.

....
if you define manga as comic read from right to left, i get it in my weekly "maariv for teens".... or buy books in some "stimatzki" shop.
if you define manga as comic that was originally in japanese, has no color, and the outors name is not Oori Pinek, i never bought a single manga.

I buy stuff from a local bookstore. It's not really cheap or anything, but I get a thirty percent discount for volunteering there... But sometimes it has sales for a week or two that take twenty percent off of a certain section of books (normally manga, sometimes mystery, romance, or sci-fi/fantasy).

I buy the majority of my manga from Borders~ But sometimes I get some from the comicbook store I visit (japanese Spider-Man, heehee), and of course there's Otakon. :3
For cheap... Amazon.com, I guess? Since they're always selling stuff below the list price.
