I honestly can't remember if Uwasa no Midori-kun!! is a boys school or a boys dorm either one.

There's also Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, otherwise known as Hana Kimi.

Girl Got Game is a good one. She goes to play basketball at the school and finds romance of course! Kaze Hikaru is a manga where the girl pretends to be a boy so she can become a samurai and avenge her family (more romance fond here too of course!) And Ouran High School Host Club! (not all boys' school, but she's in a host club) The best anime ever!!!! The manga may be good, but I haven't checked it out much! ( need I mention the romance? ) But it's the most hilarious anime ever!!! Hope I helped!! 😀
