I use whatever is in the shower when I need it. I also have to use conditioner afterward for my stupid long hair, though. ^^ Normally it is something that is easy to buy, like Suave or V05 or whatever it is called. 😃

Paul Mitchell Clarifying Shampoo (gotta get rid of all the protein build-up) and a spray on conditioner by Fermodyl (really nourishes your hair and leaves it silky and smooth). When I'm in a hurry, Head and Shoulders will do 😃

It's thin and bendy and soft and shiny. Harhar. Pert is amazing.
