Secretly, whatever my roommate bought.
Which is usually like... Food Lion brand haha.
I use soap bars... I hardly have a hair. Shampoo wouldn't make a difference.

Right now I'm using Garnier Fructis (I think that's how you spell it). I sometimes change it though, but it's all for the same reason. It's for dry, frizzy, damaged hair.

im usually a herbal girl but their scents are getting pretty sweet. headache sweet.
so right now im using classic clean head & shoulders. 😁

I'm in the "whatever is at hand" group. I also use Nizoral, which is ultra strength anti-dandruff goop. Can only use that once every 1-2 weeks though.
I've never understood all this hair type stuff. I've always considered shampoo to be coloured goop in a bottle. If it's a 2-in-1 then it saves me the trouble of remembering the conditioner.
BTW, long, wavy hair that reaches the base of my spine (male).
