Is it just my imagination, or is Miki Hashiba an almost 1:1 copy of Satsuki Kitaoji from Ichigo 100% 😕 ? : 😕 :

Character traits and even the appearance of the two is too damn uncanny.. (Although Satsuki had way much better "Rack") 🤣

I hope she ends up with Akitsuki, instead of Suzuka..

Since I really loved Satsuki's character, and she ended up with a broken heart.. (Yes, my heart goes to the "underdogs" in these mangas) 😳

It's not just you. I just finished Ichigo 100% and after seeing a picture of Hashiba again I thought they looked very much alike.

I was rooting for Satsuki too in Ichigo, but I wouldn't want Hashiba to end up with Akitsuki.

If Hashiba got together gets together with Akitsuki in the end, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of calling the manga "Suzuka"? o.O
and besides...the anime ends when Akitsuki and Suzuka are together so theres definitely more chance of that happening in the manga. 😃

okay i ahvent read this for a while now, iam on the

chapter were suzkua is going to leave to "somewhere far, i forgot". iam jaz wondering will the girl on the first few volumes come back, i mean the girl with long hair and works at the shrine/temple whatever.?

Hahaha... these few chapters bring a warm feeling to my heart... even though they feel like filler. Hahaha...

I kinda like it for now.

Ooohhh and in response to the comments about the similarities to Ichigo 100%, I watched Ichigo 100% after Suzuka... and I didn't really see that much of a similarity... but maybe I should go see it again and try to notice the similarities. 🙂

Ha! As for chapter 140, I expected the chapter to end right when:

Akitsuki didn't finish first in the race by zoning out and "making mistakes." That is, after all, characteristic of him. But it must be too bad for the winner of the race, though, for not getting selected even though he won.

This would give a lot more time for suspense. But it's just like Kouji to throw in a twist at he end. I'm wondering how both Suzuka and Akitsuki will react and looking forward to how Akitsuki will somehow mess it up. However, even though I jest, I'm still rooting for him.

Also, does the plot seem to be moving faster now?

Good fking God I hope you're fking joking. If Suzuka did any of that im pretty sure most fans would just stop reading. As for these "twists" and "conflicts" readers and fans wan't this to CONTINUE because we have yet to see what the other girls feel about Yamato, which conflicts those feelings will harbor in Suzuka's and Yamato's relationship and so on.

If you wan't it to end so badly then stop reading or just go with it

I'm pretty sure everyone has had that thought, with that Arima kid smirking like no-tomorrow many people would think he did something with Suzuka. But if you read the manga up until now, you should know Suzuka well enough that she is not the kind to do things like that.

Chapter 140 made me realize why i like Suzuka. Unlike other sports romances like cross game (i also like), the mangaka can't strech the 100m dash into 10+ chapters.

I think the manga will go until Yamato proves to the very best and beats Arima. However since the main characters are about to start college, it would either have to end now, end of college, marriage, or maybe they go to the olympics.

I think that there's still more to work on... there's Arima always looming in the background. 🙂 It's awesome because it's telling a story... and not always so action-packed. It's definitely relaxing to read it. =)
