hmm well though what was expected indeed happened...I think were beginning to see a bit of progress here , or maybe its just my wishful thinking, but I get the feeling she is just not being honest with herself as usual and she really does want something more. Well at least Yamato kind of stood his ground there and didn't back out and try to leave things the way the were. Also in my opinion their arguments are little by little leaving the childish things behind and they are starting to talk about more serious and mature things...haha well like i said this might all be my wishful thinking, but hurray for progress! heh

Alright some progress is in a bit little but slower is surer.. 🙂

I have to take Suzuka's side on this one really. You can't force someone to be ready for sex, and if she's not ready, she's not ready. Although by her facial expressions, maybe she is but just doesn't want to admit it.

But Yamato always has to fight for every inch of ground that Suzuka claims she doesn't want, so I guess in his mind this is no different.

However, the way she's handling it is not very good. She should talk it out instead of stonewalling him.

if the story gets out of hand because of this stupid issue, than i will be thoroughly be disappointed. it looks like this could last 3 more chapers or 2. if this gets any more heart aching... than i dont know

I have to laugh at the vastly differing opinions on Suzuka- I'm a Suzuka lover (mostly because I'm happily married to an ahem "complex" girl like her) - and I can totally relate to Yamato's confusion trying to interpret her feelings. So for you all you guys out there who are in the early stages of a relationship with a Suzuka - read this manga carefully and take notes- this is as real as it gets!!! 😛

Suzuka... aarrrggghhh! I'm so frustrated with her! But then again, if the relationship didn't have problems like this, I'd probably give up on the manga. It's because I'm loathing Suzuka right now that I like the manga. It's good that it causes emotions like this in the reader. ^_^;;
Hahah.. but of course, I'm wondering, maybe there's something deeper to her not wanting to get closer... maybe she was sexually traumatized when she was little..? Not by her father, of course, or else Suzune would've known. Haha... but, yeh, there must be some kind of reason why she's so reluctant... similar to the story of Tsuda Kazuki. That'd be nice to figure out.

I gatta agree with Delta, there has to be something behind of how suzuka is acting. Yamato did jump the gun a little, but still, they are in a real relationship and yamato should have gotten SOME kind of play by now. Something is up with Suzuka and I suspect its some kind of sexual trama.

what you want and what you get in life are two different things.

are we forgetting the fact that she went to the states where Arima was also? He might have raped/slept with her for all we know. That would explain her "trauma" or her reluctance. Other than that...maybe she believes in abstinence?( oh how nice it would be to have a gf like that :roll: )

He was right to apologize and ask her about her feelings on this matter, but he really needs to stop shouting back at her every time she yells at him- and he REALLY needs to start calling her SUZUKA btw. It's like- "I want more out of the relationship, but I don't feel comfortable calling you by your first name " I don't think this will drag out too long though- it seems that the mangaka has really hit a nice pace with story- I have a feeling Yamato might get a visit through the hole in the wall....I just hope he's home at the time.....

i place my money on them going seperate ways in the end of the story 😛 cuz it seems like they argue alot and they keep correcting eachother on almost every thing.

Suzuka's hatred can't even be inhibited by massive consumptions of alcohol. Hahah :p But also, Arima raping a girl..? He's a track athlete... doing that to another... haha... it's a no-no. He wouldn't risk it.
