Ouran Host Club. With inconsistent characterization, it applies a childish view of romance to realistic situations, and then deus ex machina's its way out of the problems that combination creates. How I feel about it? To quote myself:

"If the author wrote a competent story that had consistent and realistic characterization, and we were to keep all the other elements as they are, this story would be a bleak tragedy."

I'm a jack of all trades but master of none. Too many jars and not enough hands.
