Well there is as Daed said Slut Girl (by Isutoshi) and Take on me (Takemura Sesshu). Of those two I'd more recommend Slut Girl, because well everyone needs to read that one.

Then you could try and take a look at the ones that Doujin world have translated that aren't actually Doujins. But other than that I'm not quite sure as to what to recommend you. Most of the ones I read aren't translated 😛

I really hate hentai, so I wouldn't know. (this is an insult towards the genre, not the readers of hentai. Just so no one gets mad...)

To help you out, I would say that one of the few Hentai mangas that left an impression on me would be Futari Ecchi, a story about two virgins and their first sessions of intimacy. Mainly because it is a well thought out and memorable "hentai"(In my opinion, it is more of a love story with extreme fan-service thrown in) so well written that it's like a sex manual. Virgin na Kankei is another one, this one about an employee who sleeps with his boss before he knows that the position he's after is under her. Both are good for those who aren't after shibari or other kinky themes.
I'll have to look up more now that my interest has been peeked. 😃

You just can't simply label ALL hentai sick. Just cuz something has illustrated sex does not mean it can't have a decent story thrown in there. However, since possibly 99.9% of it is done by male artists, most series just contain the typical male fantasies that would never really happen in real life, much like real pornography.

Since I mostly set my limit to Seinen and Mature (which sometimes not only include graphic sex but graphic violence), I wouldn't be able to recommend any series in this genre. I'm just here to rant about people's closed-mindedness. 😁 If you don't know what hentai is and you like manga, it's better that you familiarize yourself with all genres just so that you know what you like and what you don't like.

There are some ones out there that happen to be a fun read.. and then others just have really nice artwork 😛

I'll third Slut Girl and Take On Me (altho the second tank' has quite a few more.. odd fetishes in it) Petit Roid is pretty amusing.. all of those are h-mangas.. majority of doujins I find kinda crap, unless they stick a bunch interesting references in to what they're ripping off

bad news, i've looked into the hentai thats been listed on mangaupdates.com, and almost all of it really sucks. Hana Fuda is by by far the best drawn and intresting. Slut girls funny though. And although i read parts of futarri echi i wouldn't recommend it. I think its kinda dumb. The rest of the hentai stuff is just boring porn. Although some of it is pretty nicely drawn.
You could check some of Jiro 's stuff, its adult seinen, but it includes a lot of sex sometimes
