First, for a long time solution, if you really want to know which Hmanga to read, best not ask here. This site tend toward main stream (even though there's hentai and ecchi genre listed here). Second, for some quick recommendations. If you like manga with storyline/characters with extreme fan services throwing in (read: Sex scenes) try the following:

Honeymoon Salad: mild sex scenes, nothing even remotely kinky. The storyline and characters are simply great.

Slut Girl: explosive sex scenes, but again, nothing even remotely kinky (define: lesbian sex is not kinky)

Futari Ecchi: for some boring how-to-have-sex chapters. Man, this manga sucks (in my opinions only. plenty others like it)

Bokutatsu no Tsubasa: man, this manga is a surprise all right. Great manga with plenty kinky elements throw in.

Blue Eyes: tend toward the tastes of "Big Breasted Women" obsession. try tadanohito.net. nothing kinky yet.

Virgin na Kankei is great too. but plenty others recommend it already 🤨

Manga with sex scenes like
Okusama wa joshikosei, school girl married with teacher, an embarassing fantasy...

Love Junkies ,W-names, Miss Wizard , by HATSUKI Kyo, he's improving in story making now, and his drawing is simply good but the fan-service is going softer now. His old works are not very well drawn.

Never read slut girl, but I have read Tende Freeze and Aiki, both by Isutoshi, The drawing pales when compared to okama. Despite some adult scenes, the story is for kids.

Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa is ok considering it as an purely ecchi manga. The story is usually messed up by Yui. His latest work Mai no Heya is basically bunch of service. The art is typical of his style.

If you gonna ask for good hentai artworks, then there will be too many to list, you can find them in a wide range of works, from doujins to adult manga to seinen manga and josei manga. I cannot remember. The simplest way is to hunt for the same author with the drawing style that you like. Bear in mind that, many mangaka start off as hentai artist, but using another name, for example Girl's High's author , who is a female author but also started off a few hentai works before this comedy series. Blade of Immortal's author has drawn a few adult works too, not really hard stuff but would be considered as hentai.

second that, okama started as hentai artist, it's only recently that he turned to more mainstream stuff. (you can find many of his non-hentai oneshots in Range Murata's "Robot").

Yonekura Kengo also primary hentai artist, although recently doing other things as well, also Nekoi Mie

I'd recommend Secret Plot, it's always been a personal favorite, to me. Mostly because when I was in High School, I had a sexy teacher. >_>
