The MC wins!

What I mean by like Teppuu:
-A villainous protagonist with a sadistic desire to absolutely crush the competition
-Protagonist is also super arrogant/trash talks and taunts the opposition
-They hate goody goody two shoes

But different than Teppu in these ways...

No mitigating their "evil" personalities, like with Natsou crying at the end of Teppuu. They have to stay 100% bad 'till the end.

They don't lose to the 'good' character at the end like in Teppuu. Evil must win!

Kunitoshi Joukyuu from Aiki is the man you're looking for. He's a total douchbag and troll with OP skills in martial arts and absolutely hilarious to boot. You also will probably like Mitsuhashi from Kyou Kara Ore Wa and Kanta from Desert Punk. These aren't exactly like Teppuu but they have plenty of action and fighting too. I really loved Teppuu and Natsuo as well, hopefully there will be a part 2 someday soon.

Edit: Also try Overlord (Novel), although the protagonist isn't a completely evil asshole, he's still definitely an antihero who is willing to do evil things.
