I'd love to read some manga in which the story is mostly about infidelity (cheating) or mistreating the lover and they regret it. I don't have any preference! It can be shoujo, shounen, josei, seinen, yaoi, yuri, etc.

Something similar to Holiday Love - Fuufukan Renai would be great.

In the story, the female lead is dating the male lead. Towards the middle, she begins to have feelings for the second male lead who's been her confidante. She never actually cheats on the male lead, but in her mind because she gained these feelings, she felt like she was.

Octave - yuri

The first female lead starts dating the second female lead. The first female lead has a lot of insecurities and misunderstands what the second female lead is saying about "one day she might find a guy to sleep with." The first female lead goes out and sleeps with a random guy and then feels terrible about what she did after because of how she hurt the second female lead.
