Btw, just realizing that in German they use fork and knife even to eat rice...
My friend brought me to a chinese restaurant and they serve my pecking duck rice with knife and fork. And I was like, "Huh? Where is the spoon? How am I gonna eat this without spoon?"
My friend: "Use the fork!"

Normally I would go for fork & spoons but I use chopsticks too when I go eat in a Chinese restaurant.
