A spoiler for Oishii Kankei (about chapters that haven't been released in English yet) If you don't want to see the spoiler then I promise just to hang in there and you'll see the 2 girls and 1 guy scenario (there's also another guy, but that's beside the point).

It's a josei so they're not exactly fighting over him -- but the protagonist's love interest gets himself a girlfriend quite early on in the series and their relationship lasts for most of the series. Though he and his girlfriend are very loving, he still shares a special bond with the protagonist although they do not share many scenes henceforth.

So, I want a guy being fought over this time.

BUT, I don't want a bitch against the protagonist, if you get what I mean. I don't want the usual jealous, usually prettier rival, who only lasts for a few chapters, and does bad things to get her way - all that stuff.

Something like, School Days, perhaps? Basically two girls on a somewhat level playing field. Or To-LOVE-Ru, though they aren't really 'fighting' over Rito.
