Omg So fun x). Cept I wouldn't tell 'em to eff off cuz then my friends would say something about me being cruel. And if they cry after being just turned down, chances are you made the right choice xD.
Though, if I confessed to a guy and he told me to eff off, I'd kick him where it hurts. And that'd only be the beginning 😃 .
My friends helped me confess (aka told him when I was absent) to this guy I liked. Friends are real great x). 🙄

I've never been confessed to (seeing the guys in my school, you'd know that it's really no big loss). I have been thrown pick up lines alot though, I usually try to brush them off or give them a fake number if they persist. However I have ran into people after i gave them a fake number which was really embarassing (actually this happened twice from different people). The fact i have never been confessed to suggests i perhaps have a really bad personality? i dont like to think so but hmmm...
Oh and i could never confess to someone, i've never even had a crush on anyone either.
huh. a bad personality and dead inside, wow am i gonna need a phycologist in 10 years time. 😀

Yes, "confessions" do happen. They're often more subtle and not straightforward like in manga... because that'd be really embarrassing. People don't go "I love you!!!" until after they're going out from my experience.
I've kinda-sorta done it twice. First time I asked a friend out to a dance... which you don't really do unless you like them. Second time I said "I love you" to another friend after we were both shot (but dry!) after a night of partying. I doubt that he even remembers it.

Turns out my friend's were a bit too late. By the time he asked me out, he became somewhat of an a**, and cut his spikey hair, and all attraction I felt towards him went away with it x). So I turned him down saying something along the lines of "My friends were just kidding sorry." I know, cruel cruel, but it was towards the end of middle school anyways and it wasn't like I was going to the same high school so I didn't have to deal with him again @_@. 🙄

I've confessed to my boyfriend! It was pretty much manga style! ^_^ If my story were a shoujo manga, it would be your typical love triange where I liked him, and he liked my then best friend (and she probably liked him too but didn't want to have a boyfriend).
The three of us were friends for a year before it happened (the confession) and he liked my then best friend. After a while I decided to take my best friend that I liked my bf and ask if it was ok to cofess to him. Once I had the go ahead from my best friend, I decided which day I would do it (31st of July) and I wore my best non party dress and was extremely nervous. We went to a game convent and on our way home we sat i a parkbench and I cofessed. I also got turned down! he said "I don't like you like that. I only like you as a friend." At the time he liked my best friend... 3 months later things his feelings sort of changed though.

Yeah, that might have been about what happened actually. But we're going to different schools next year, on opposite ends of the country, so perhaps it's all for the best.
What I find is that for the people you really love and love you back, you become "more than just friends" without any sort of a confession.
