I was born and raised Catholic, but I consider myself Agnostic. I only go to a Catholic church because my mom makes me; she also made me become confirmed last year. She even wants me to bring a bible to college, but I am definitely not. There are many beliefs in the Catholic church that I don't agree with.

I am a protestant in legal document cause my parents are (in my country, you must put your religion in citizenship card.. and only 5 religions are acknowledged here), so if you are atheist, you can't be atheist in legal way. I was raised in catholic way.. went to catholic church up to my high school years. But I'm interested in many religions and very open about them.. never feel an attachment with certain religion. I can say I'm agnostic.

Free Methodist here...really hate the overzealous type, but whatever...I'm very open-minded but as of yet, haven't found anything better than Christianity. Though, most religions have good practices that help live a better life

I respect everyone's religious views, though contradictions drive me crazy.

Annnnnd, I firmly believe that science and religion should not be mixed...i.e. natural selection does occur, so it should be promoted (unlike the origin of species which has yet to have any kind of substantial explanation as to how life arose from non-life). On the flip side, as religion isn't science it shouldn't be taught in a science class either. You can't prove or disprove the supernatural with science and vice versa.

Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.

I really don't have a religion although I'm trying to build my own personal relationship with God...I have an extremely logical brain though, so I'm really kind of on the fence about it all. :/

Here's a funny tidbit: Charles Darwin was devout Christian all his life. He used his origin of species to try and prove that there was a God. Now those who follow Darwinism try to disprove the existence of God. Ironic, huh? Of course, this happens to a lot of religions. Those who follow form their own ideas and interpretations, changing everything but the name; until the former religion and base no longer exist.

I'm a catholic. While I don't believe in something as convenient as god, I do believe that Christ died in order to teach us a better way of life. The older I get the more I come to realize that religion in fact does teach us values in life for which we can strive towards. I live my life for others and not for my own pointless existence and try the best I can to make people around me happy.

I'm agnostic. I don't deny nor believe in any god, for I've not enough reason to pick one side over the other. Religion in general bothers me, mainly because people hate each other over it and believe whatever they're taught, be it in childhood or through 'an ancient text.'

That being said, personally I think people should have the right to go ahead and practice whatever religion they want. Just don't make your religion someone else's problem. shrug

Theravada Buddhist. And don't confuse it with the "buddhism" you see in manga / anime. This is nothing like the version practiced in Japan or China (if you can even call it practicing...); it's the original form of Buddhism nowadays only followed in Myanmar, some parts of Thailand, and Sri Lanka.

I don't 'believe' in my religion - I try my best to comprehend its principles and logically analyze them before practicing them myself. That's what Lord Buddha Himself has stated; "Do not believe blindly. Understand with the best of your mental capabilities. I will force no-one into following my teachings. It is pointless if you do not agree with their relevance and truthfulness yourself "
And honestly, I have yet to come across any Buddhist teaching that I could reason against and disprove.

I don't particularly care about what anyone else's religion is; my opinions of people are not based on that, but on their personalities and how exactly they practice whatever religious faith they claim to belong to.

But mine is probably the only religion that hasn't yet been contradicted by Science...

I am an ordained Native American Shaman. I have been practicing the ways of my Cherokee ancestors all my life. I do ceremonies at pow-wows, teach workshops, and write on the subject. Shamanism is not actually a religion, we do not worship anything. It is a spirituality, a tuning of oneself to the natural world.

I wasn't really "raised" as a young child to follow a specific kind of religion. My parents are both very lax Christians who let me "choose" but I went to a Catholic school and wanted to fit in so I "converted" to Catholicism without really converting. Growing up I lived with people of various beliefs (shamanism, Atheism and then Orthodox Catholicism). I consider myself agnostic now.
