Tough call....out of all of the manga that I've read, Negi has the largest "harem" out there, but he doesn't do anything with these girls. If it's an actual playboy (I would define as sleeping around or at least dating several women at once), then it's the guy from virgin na kankei.

It wasn't an option but YUKI RITO ALL THE WAY!!!! Have you seen all the outrageously hot women he has just waiting to hop on him? If he was real I might actually kill him out of jealousy.
