Do you mean that potters draw things that are somewhat... sketchy-ish/gruff?
If so, then I never really noticed. If they look "rough" then it's probably because two of them are charcoal drawings and the other was rushed. Also, I'm not really a drawer... not really a potter either. So, maybe they look rough because of that.

Oh, because I took the pictures of them at a slight bit of an angle... I would have never quest that. ... well, I don't really see anyone's drawings besides those that actually draw or are in my class so... yeah. If you would link me to some websites as examples I might be able to get a better grasp of what you mean.

It's just my friend is a potter-student and her drawing/painting style is pretty expressive while in my class folks' drawings/paintings are more or less neat.

Okay, I guess my drawings are somewhat expressive... (I thought they were pretty standard though)...
Hey, if they allow you (with permission that is), maybe you could take a couple of pictures from their drawings and put them up here. Just to add more art to the art dump 😀
Edit: And by the way, I really like you "cave girl" especially her dress and hair as they are both soaking wet. I also like the movement of her dress as it's under the water. But, there's something about the position of her head and neck on the body that seems awkward though it does not distract from the overall image.
Of course, the best thing about it is the medium you used... got to love textbooks as a drawing surface... and is that an English conversations textbook?

Sadly I don't have photos of their works and now they all are on holidays already.
Yes, It's English student's book, tapescripts. And I don't remember I drew this at all.
By the way, I have another cave girl >>>

It is probably the most detailed thing I've ever inked because I tend to have a -really- short attention span. Unfortunatly it was after I inked it I realised- the books really should be on angles and everything. oh well.

I don't have any pics of my architecture models, traditional sketches, paintings or renderings on this laptop, so that's all I can share.
But you will show them someday, no?
I very highly doubt that I will ever show my models since they are horrid 🤢 . 3D/traditional renderings, maybe.
Here's my old post: #
And here's something I sketched today (unfinished), in Manga Studio. I wish I had the talent, patience and dedication to make a doujin. I'm still a beginner when it comes to using tones so it looks awkward. @_@
