Like the title says, I'm looking for romance manga where the male lead has a 'cute', childish or pretty-boy appearance (not like the 'hot' type).

I like male leads who are younger than their girlfriend, but it's not a requirement.

No shounen-ai, yuri, yaoi, shoujo-ai or hentai please. I don't mind light ecchi or smut. Shoujo or shounen preferred.
