I haven't cried reading manga or watching anime, but I have been moved a bit. Games are different there are two games (which I refuse to name) were while I was playing my eyes got a little watery.
Why won't you name them? Let me guess: one is FFVII.
I won't name them because it's embarrassing.
It's not FFVII.
I know there are a lot people who got emotional when Aeris died but I didn't care. I actually didn't like her from the start. Aeris was a stalker.

I've cried to many manga and anime and games, but the one that stood out the most was the ending of the manga version of Aishiteruze Baby. It was the only one that was able to make me cry for so long. For several days after reading the ending, i would cry or get teary (depending on where i was) just by remembering it. I even had to lock myself in my room so that my little sister wouldnt find me crying from that manga

Didn't know aliens could get embarrassed.
Glados is a bitch. She made me kill the companion cube, the only friend I'll ever have. 😢

I haven't cried but I've been touched. I just don't like to cry so I just dose it in.

There seems to be a lot of response towards romance stories... Ichigo 100%, definitely, I'll admit to that.
Fruits Basket, AIR (if only the story made sense to me...), Fullmetal Alchemist...
Although, I will admit to one other - I'll be lying otherwise. I'm not sure as to the response I'll get but...
Slam Dunk.
Don't ask why. Where should be easy enough if you've read the manga.

I know a lot people who cried during Slam Duck. One of em's over thirty years old and he's a guy.

Well, I can only remember crying at one anime (not manga, they're somehow not as touching): Elfen Lied.
It was at one of the last scenes in the whole series, the one where Lucy kisses Kouta. It was just such a touching moment... and combined with that beautiful music... 😢
O yeah, I've cried at two games too. I think it was "Grandia II" and "Kingdom Hearts" (not that anybody cares, but...).

lol im not embarassed to say cuz i asked my friends this question and to my surprise they each had a pathetic story.
in Naruto
when the 3rd hokage died
and i almost shed a tear in the Aria OVA because the ending was so touching, the final chapters of Mahoromatic were tugging at my emotional strings a bit, and almost again in Strawberry Panic because the ending was so damn good
i probably wouldve at Saikano but they overdid everything to the point of it being ridiculous, i hate that series ><
Fansubs and Scanslations are the best! But when official releases come out, support the anime industry by purchasing your favorite series! (Geneon -R.I.P, Central Media Park - get well soon, ADV Manga - you're back from the dead?!)
