personally i don't cry at stuff. but i have come close a few times. the most notable and frequent have been when reading fights in the hajime no ippo manga, especially the moments with sendou and miyata who happen to be two of my favorite characters in the series.

Managed to cry (well, one tear \o/) when I tried to. Hadn't cried in so many years, even when I should have, so wondered if I still could or if that system had disappeared X.x
Took alot of effort though... It's not like I've ever really cried because of the content though. Though I can feel like.. sad-ish if the mood is really well set. Though I'm a kinda picky with "realism" quality so often there's some oddity that I get hung up on instead. 😳
This life sucked. Where's the reset button?

Sad moments in manga don't really get to me that much so as to make me cry. The one exception is chapter 48 of Gunslinger Girl. That had me really tearing up.

Mucha Kucha Daisuki - even after reading and re-reading it a lot of times, it still makes me cry.
Hana Yori Dango - lots of time, but I didn't cry at the ending
Orange Planet - there really is nothing too serious about this manga that makes you want to cry, but I did
Paradise Kiss - the tearjerker for me was the time George and Yukari separated at his car. I could really feel that they really loved each other.
Umm, there's many mangas that I have cried over, but I think this is the most memorable ones for me...

i cry all the time just to let it out. because i did my best.
there are quite a few that have made me bawl like a big ol baby but thats cuz i am and it was worse when i was preggers, hormones and all. also i tend to be oversensitive about things so i cry. and there's nothing wrong with it.

Meh, it's not anime/manga, but damn close to it. I just played through the end of Fate in Fate\Stay Night, and I must say, though I didn't cry, it pulled at my heart. So moving. True art in my opinion.
