Hoshi no Koe almost brought me to tears just cause it was such a sad story. 5 centimeters per second almost brought a tear to my eye.
Both Hoshi no Koe and 5 centimeters per second brought tears to my eyes. They were just so touching and sad but gorgeous overall. One of those must sees.
Along with that, I remember myself crying/teary eyed during:
- Air TV (epic anime, though the movie was really great)
- Ending of Code Geass R2 - >.> I almost feel shame to admit that. Argh.
- Fullmetal Alchemist - I don't remember when, but I have a feeling I did...
- Death Note (ending) I think... teary eyes
- Blood+
- Grave of the Fireflies - just tears in eyes. Didn't cry during the movie, but then I saw some AMV's that made me want to just bawl me eyes out. Aftereffect I guess.
Mmm, I can't really remember it all though. I remember Kanon came pretty close...
Manga-wise:
- Let Dai (has become one of my most favourite manga/manwha [comic?] of all time.
- Deep Love Series - well, I only read the first one, but my gawd, was that depressing.
- Nana - although, a lot of her work is pretty depressing
As soon as I read that Ren died, I had tears coming down my eyes in an instant. >.> I don't even know why, but it just made me really sad
I swear there's more. I just can't remember. 🤨

Never cried at a manga sorry to say (though a few western novels have had me in tears) but I will admit that I cried at Code Geass R2 anime.
When Lelouch 'died' at the end (depending on your interpretation). That whole scene with him being stabbed and Nunally being the only one who was devestated by it. I was holding it in then my sister came upstairs and when I tried to speak it all came flooding out, Then I had to tearfully explain to my entire family why I was so upset. I couldn't stop crying and they couldn't stop laughing, lol.
The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

Rarely, but some mangas make me cried like Mucha Kucha Daisuki
the only manga where i was close to crying was Mucha Kucha Daisuki... the ending was just so sad 😐 and Deep Love was really sorrowful, too.

Video Girl Ai, omg i love this manga to death. just re-read it and i still have the empty feeling i get from knowing that what happened in the story couldnt happen to me in real life. just really depressing, ugh im gonna be like this for a while, but i love the manga, specially the happy ending.

there are some manga which make me sad, nana is one of them. but I also tend to prefer sad manga. kano miyamotos lovers and souls made me cry so badly too.

I cry over practically every one I read and many an anime, as well.
I do remember not crying at the end of Zombie Powder. And Voiceful. Trigun. Gaba Kawa. Yeah, so it's easier to think of what I haven't cried at. Heh.
