Well, she is part of the disney princess franchise. If its about the movie, No she isnt. But aslong as the franchise considers her one then officially she is one. In the movie, she just holds a very high status for what she did for china. Shes just as valuable as a princess, but even though she doesnt have a title. I think it was in Mulan 2(Not liking that), she offered herself to marry the prince in another part of China, and they didnt refuse since shes just as valuable or a little bit more valuable cos of the Honor blablabla. Funny though, if she had just married that prince, she would officially be the princess in the movie aswell and we wouldnt be confused haha!
