Ha, so I'm not the only one to type Eroica as Erotica! XD
Kare Kano is the most obvious one I can think of.
Kodocha, too, although they aren't as much rivals as they are enemies in the beginning.
Oishii Kankei is a bit more of a stretch... although Momoko
Cardcaptor Sakura: Before they fall in love with each other, Syaoran and Sakura were rivals in love for Yukito.
