Its the digital age. Physical is gonna be obsolete plus i don't have enough space in my apartment.
Reading on desktop is my go to since i'm a gamer and when i'm at home, spend most of my time in front of my PC. Don't read on Tablet or Phone since well, my data would burst, unless i'm at home lying in bed with wifi.

Quote from Suxinn

I vastly prefer owning physical copies. (Which is the main reason why I'm always happy when a series I get is licensed.)

I make a differentiation between "having" a manga, and "owning" it. (and I don't see a point in buying a digital copy, of anything)

...but I'm not always happy about a series I like, being licensed.
If the translation isn't good, I'm not willing to buy it (I might buy a Japanese copy, but paying for a shoddy translation? Supporting bad translation? No thanks)

Also... If the series isn't completely scanlated, it's kinda irritating, due to my crappy economy... 🙁

I'd prefer physical but I only have so much money and space. And with webtoons, too bad they'll never be printed. I chose laptop since that's the medium that i use the most (if i had a desktop, I'd say that) and honestly to be real, it's easier to maintain.
