Leadership and perseverance. Depending on the group, leadership switches to method. My weakness is probably taking the initiative when I'm on my own though. When I don't have to ensure that others succeed as well, there's no pressure that forces me to actually apply myself, so I just stay in my comfort zone unless I feel something actually matters.

I think Creativity would be my strong spot while Respect for Rules is my weak point.

My Strong:
Concentration~ I get all stubborn when I come to a question and most of the time refuse to skip it and go on~
Leadership~ For some reason, whenever I get into a group, they always just look at me for instructions and everything >>
Perseverance~ For sure ^^ I just can't give up sometimes unless it's just hopeless~

My Weak:
Respect for Rules~ >_> I'm just too...opinionated to agree with most adults and their "rules"
Social Skills~ I want to get more friends outside of my little group~ I'm getting there XD

Well, strong points are probably:
respect for rules - sometimes this can be more of a weakness though because I get so stuck on rules, what we can and can't do and how people above me will react...
creativity - I'm creative, but I also remember good ideas from other things and usually am able to apply them to what I'm doing now.
leadership - I'm not really all that outgoing around strangers, but even if I'm in a group with a bunch of strangers, I usually end up as the "leader" for some weird, odd reason

weaknesses:
work rythm - can you say "procrastinate"? I literally read assignments right before class if I get to them at all and write my papers at 2 a.m. the day they're due
social skills - not good with strangers but working on it; getting better, too. Actually I'm sure there are people who wish I never got over the initial shyness, because once I start talking, I never stop...

If I had a fantasy self, it'd be a tentacle monster.

I'd say my strong points are most likely;

Creativity - I've been told this many times, by teachers, friends and relatives alike. I'm not about to deny it, since I'm proud of it. xD

Taking Initiative - I do it all the time. I enjoy it, really. ^^ I like being followed, and helping out when no one else will. I feel it establishes a place for myself. This leads onto the next point,

Leadership - I'm in no leadership position at school or anything, but the people (classmates, schoolmates, etc) seem to listen to me just as much, or even more so, than the prefects or teachers. While they scream and shout to get everyone to go to the next lesson, a quick, "Get your ass out of the class, guys!" from me usually does the trick. I'm normally the one that ends up leading the class in interclass competitions and contests.

And my weak points;

Respect For Rules - Or, respect in general. I do little of it. Rules, I hate them. That doesn't mean I don't follow them, since I realise that if we all hated them, it would result in total anarchy, but that doesn't mean I respect them. I have trouble respecting authority, for example, in school. I have too many of my own opinions, and I'm very, very attached to them. I hold none of the usual respect one should 'start out' with for new teachers and the like. And if I don't like the teacher, for any reason, I don't respect them. Simple as that.

Procrastination - I can go on for ages without handing up my overdue homework.

I'm good at absolutely nothing.... that's an asset, right? 😐
