Creativity: I'm crazy, so this can be given a check mark.
Listening Skills: Yes, I'll listen, but I might interrupt.
Team Spirit: If it's stupid, I'm not doing it.
Able To Take Initiative: I'd rather sit back and see what someone else is doing, thanks.
Leadership: Hmm... probably not. But I'm not much of a follower, either, I don't think.
Methods: I'm organized, but that doesn't mean anyone will understand how I organize.
Perseverance: Sure, I'm determined. It might only be because I'm mad that something isn't going my way, but I can persevere at times.

I'm pretty good with all of the above, but my best would have to be Listening Skills and Creativity, since I've used them to help others countless times.
I do need to work on Team Spirit though, since I tend to prefer to work alone.
