Have you tried Pumpkin Scissors?
It is set after a great war and deals with it's aftermath...
It got and anime, a manga and a light novel. Also, the mix of comedy and action is similar to the one in Black Lagoon (though this one got more dark humour than the lighthearted one in Pumpkin Scissors)

I think i'll try pumpkin scissor it looks interesting.
um i don't really like shoujo themed manga, but i might try basara.
I stopped reading gamaran for awhile now, it was interesting in the beginning, but then the story started going downhill.

The Ravages of Time- A LOT of war, strategy and fights, quite dark tone. Is on volume 40.
Shin Angyo Onshi- Great Manhwa with big battles and some war. is Complete.
Übel Blatt - About the same amount of war as Berserk, and almost as dark. Is presently on hiatus, but one of my favourites.

there is a kind of war after the great battle who get´s it´s own town. BEcause sind then citys can be conquered and so they fight for it
Hetalia - well it is about war. But at the same time, it isn´t Sounds iritating but you get it once you read/ watch it
