Besides back on topic: Men are blessed (usually but plenty of exceptions -.-) with mostly logical minds.
A girl talks about having shed lots of blood in the day->you dont see bruises/bandages->its a girl->menstruation. Easy.
Nosebleed is too "rare" of an event (unless different background from the subject) to be taken into account in a deduction. >.3
