I'm curious as to how a yaoi that resembles an actual homosexual relationship would be like.
Yaoi is full of tropes like "Your the Uke and you'll stay the Uke for life"
"I'm straight but I just fall in love with this guy for whatever reason."
"Having sex before they even know each other's name."
"Behaving like an heterosexual couple despite both of them being guys."

If you know a yaoi or something of the like that portrays a more realistic homosexual relationship, please share it.

Oh, boy, ain't this the truth! All of the tropes you mentioned are both ludicrously common and ludicrously annoying. Plus, there are very few mangaka who try to break the mould, probably cos fujoshi are weirdly easy to please and just gobble up the same-old, same-old over and over.

Anyway, my recs! (Note that several of these are only shounen-ai, but I find that they at least try to be realistic more often than yaoi do)

You can't go wrong with most works by Nishida Higashi, Ishihara Satoru, Yamashita Tomoko or Ono Natsume - they don't manage to avoid all the tropes, but definitely a good number of them.
Kinou Nani Tabeta?
Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume o Miru and its sequel.
New York New York
Mukizu ja Irarenee is pure smut, but both guys are such teenage boys that I can't help but love it.
Itoko Doushi (IMA Ichiko)
Nemureru Mori no Binan + sequel - I don't really like this series, but I can't deny that it's pretty realistic.
Sayonara, Heron

There's also a category tag, though I can't vouch for all the listed series.
