That would be the fiery hair one anyway. I don't think the description was good enough to distinguish it from other particular gang mangas out there. There are too many that fit the description.

It's definitely not perfect though... The best yakuza manga i've read would be Sanctuary.

I think Legendary Leader Shô and Bari Haken both fit the bill for nerd replacing the leader, who has a pompadour...and both mangas have hot chicks too.
