Here's a new(?) one:
A hooded person gives a boy a book that turns out to have a genie in it. Boy wishes to become to manliest man on earth, however the genie is a butt-hole so it turns the boy into the most womanly woman on earth. And that is how the story begins...

But he also found the man who imprisoned him for 10 years. His old classmate. Together with his old teacher, they battle wits with his old classmate over the mysterious event that happened in elementary school"

Okay this guy becomes a super crime fighter and gets incredible strength from wearing a particular article of clothing. The lead girl is secretly attracted to him and also his masked cough persona. The funniest manga i've read since bowling king. I'm talking belly laughs and juice squirts and side splits. It's that ridiculously random and hilarious. Only seis volumes long. Hehe
