OK - it's a mahnwa and I haven't read it in a long time, so
This chick is always beating the crap out of people - so much that she becomes like the head of her gang of punks. Unfortunately, she dies (kinda) and her soul comes back in the body of a really rich stuck-up girl. She then falls in love with this total bishie that never wanted anything to do with stuck up girl, but really seems to like this new personality.
Hint: the title makes it sound like and ecchi manga, lol 😀
