How many percents do scanlated manga account for the total number of manga in Japan?

It's good to get a estimate.
From time to time, I see people saying most manga are already scanlated because they have read (downloaded) a lot.

We rely on what people tell us. We can only do so much, so we need the help of the members to tell us what manga is out there and what has been/what is being scanlated. We release moderators already have our hands full in making sure the releases page is updated.
