Anyway, back to the manga.
The story is about a girl who is dating her childhood friend who has a twin living separately from them. Unfortunately, the guy died. The guy's twin came back and started terrorizing(?) the girl. He even (pretended) swallowed the girl's ring that was given to her by her bf. When they were still kids, the twin pushed down the girl on the stairs.
