hhmm I don't really vent my anger, maybe I don't really get angry enough to so something... The few times I did break stuff it never made me feel any better, always got a sorta empty feeling from destruction... :/

I don't really go into a rage, but I'm often like.. Really annoyed. So I'm kinda good at just hiding it / clenching my teeth ish.
But to cool down I generally listen to music (trance, but sometimes music would just make me more annoyed)
Using my build up stress in a fast paced FPS/MMORPG PvP to very good effect. Somehow it seems like my reactions and actions are alot more effective when I do this.
Walk around a bit
Poi - really fast. Takes alot of coordination, and I'm doing it in a really cramped area so requires alot of concentration and power
Run (I call it jogging though)
Clean/reorganize
Convert all my build up anger to strength and sort it out (note: like, get a heavy object out of the way, or just use it to ignore fatigue)
Take care of the problem 😁 (as in expressing my VERY honest feelings if it's a person. Can get somewhat violent if it's an object)
Archery/Pistol range doesn't work very good since you have to be calm, even if it causes damage to something it's not very satisfying. Cutting with a katana doesn't work very good either since I don't have anything good to cut.
This life sucked. Where's the reset button?

I get angry really easily, and a lot of the time it is at myself. Like I'll mess something up and end up throwing it full force across the room.
I've broken remotes that were simply battery dead because of this.
So I've started just haha... putting what ever is in my hands down, and walking out of the room.
I've ruined a lot of drawing and paintings I could have potentially fixed when I end up just ripping them apart or stabbing them with scissors. 😔

Yeah...
When I get angry, I just reflect for a moment and think 'Why am I angry? Is this issue really worthy enough to be angry about?' and that usually makes my anger fade away.

Depends on the level of stress/anger.... more often it's just getting a bit annoyed
I hardly get angry.... but music and sleep usually does the business.
Riding my road bike or doing some motocross/karting is pretty soothing for me.
Also.... Bubble-Wrap.... I've got lots.... works like a charm. 😀

I have an incredibly short temper, and I'm pretty damn scary when I'm really angry. A good few of the guys I know are scared of me so... yeah XD
However, I find the best way to vent said anger is to listen to loud music and draw something, usually something violent =D
Lesson:
When I'm mad, my characters suffer severely.

It...depends.
If I'm really ticked off, I let it all out hahaha, the people who have suffered from my wrath have never treated me the same again 😎 . But if not as much, I try to keep it in and channel that anger later, or just plain ignore how mad I am and concentrate on something else; listen to music or read some manga to get my mind off it.
A warning; Don't get me mad.

I don't really get angry, but if I do, I'll
do push ups or some other physical exercise.

I put all the little embers of anger into an imaginary powder keg, and then we wait. "Serenity now!" Then BLOOM AAARGAAW CHICKEN GUTS EVERY WHERE, WAIT WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THAT SPOON, AAHH, THE HORROR, THE ATROCITY, and then I remember I'm not the hulk and this is all in my head.

I've always seen people in movies deal with their anger by destroying things, but that doesn't work for me. I'll think about it, but all I come up with is "Nah, why destroy it? It didn't do anything and then I'd have to clean it up." And I'm not physical when angry, I don't really want to hit something and when I try using that method to get rid of my anger, I just think it's a waste of energy.

Forget that.
When your REALLY pissed off you might have to vent before you can even dream about thinking rationally.

I can think quite rationally and when someone is just being an idiot I tend not to get angry and just shrug it off. When someone actually does something to piss me off that is just plain wrong or has real meaning to it I go apeshit. I have a chipped tooth and a lighter burn to prove it.
At school, violence (towards the people that made me angry) and random cussing works pretty well. At home I prefer to go outside and punch the walls. On the bright side, it takes a lot to piss me off, I'm carefree lol.
