When I'm actually angry, I yell out everything in my brain. Then I am at peace again.
Usually I get upset instead, in which case:
-Writing emotive poetry
-Puppy hugging
-Reading manga
Makes me feel a little better 🙂
I ignore it and push it down inside me. I don't really know what else to do.
It's proabably not a good method 🤨
