Um, hi. As stated, I'm new here. I'm from Texas, but am attending college in Denver, Colorado.

I'm a college student who loves reading manga.
Majoring in Game Art.
Hobbies include: Videogames (mostly RPGs, but still expanding), Manga, Anime, Drawing/Sketching, Cartooning, Watching cartoons, CG Illustration with Adobe Photoshop, Learning 3D Studio Max for 3D Modeling, Slowly getting into animation, Keeping up and researching on news about mangakas, new mangakas, and new manga (anything related to manga (as well as anime).

I'm aiming to become a video game artist and designer, mangaka, cartoonist and illustrator right now. Right now, I'm trying to get my academic classes cleared so that way I can use that time and opportunity to get back into drawing. Haven't found much time to do so with the academics in the way.
I also work as an algebra tutor for work-study. I'm doing my best to concentrate my efforts to practicing and refreshing my drawing skills.

I also like to buy Japanese-imported manga magazines whenever I have the money to do so.

Mag Garden: Monthly Comic Blade, Comic Blade Masamune
Square Enix: Monthly Shonen GanGan, Monthly GanGan WING
MediaWorks: Dengeki Daioh, Dengeki Gao!, Dengeki Teioh

As you can tell, Mag Garden & Square Enix are two of my top favorite manga publishers, but there are a few other publishers and magazines that I like also. Yes, I know it's weird buying manga magazines when I can't even read that much Japanese. But seeing that I am in a way a manga geek, looking at new mangakas' art styles in these magazines always motivates and influences me. However, I am very picky when it comes to character art styles. That's pretty much it about me, right now. Sorry for long introduction.
