Death penalty

I say illegal immigrants should be completely ignored until they do something wrong, in which case they should be deported or imprisoned or whatever best fits the situation. It should, however be made easier to become a legal citizen.
As for the death penalty I have little problem with it. The only issues that could be fixed, is that they could use more cost efficient procedures to execute it, and they could use it more frequently.

obviously...because they are illegal..illegal meaning not legal = not registered in the country = no rights (hello..they don't pay taxes!)
so your saying if you go to a different country and you get in trouble by the law and that you would be ok with that country taking all your rights away and treats you lower then a human?
...........and my answer to the poll forgot to put it on my last post is i do not support the death penalty i really dont think that other humans should have the right to judge other humans whether they should live or die
i was nervous at first it was big & long & went straight up i had to try it i eased onto it & liked it! i went up & down on it.... i love escalators now! 😀

i'm not saying to treat them inhumanely...just that they don't get legal rights (lawyers..etc.). just deport them..isn't that what the law says?
[ fyi: i've taken law courses...so i do know what i'm talking about ]

anyway i just wish that more people would see that illegal aliens don't belong in any country except for the country that they are legal in (i'm not against legal aliens..i mean my own mother is one). sigh i wish deporting them was easy 🙁

why should they get rights in a country that they don't belong in? they should get rights in the country that they are LEGAL in..dont' you think?
they should get the same rights b/c we are all humans and should be treated fairly.they just want to be in a great contry.but then again they should register 2 B A citizen

there are ways of becoming a citizen without crossing the border illegally....i wouldn't be preaching it if it weren't possible. my mother and all of her filipino friends..are all legal; they even had to wait for there visas to be screened by security before even leaving their country. why can't we do that for all foreigners?

They shouldn't get any rights in a country they don't belong in. Rights and protection are a service awarded to citizens by the government in exchange for their absolute freedom. Those who aren't tax-paying citizens of that government have no place receiving any rights, protections or whatever else from that governemnt.
Of course, I still say we ignore the illegals. They provide a cheap, legally invisible labor source that would be hard to get elsewhere.

hell no, death penalty in the US costs more than the fee for a kid to be send to college...it's completely ridiculous how the government are spending more money for the prisoner to have a peaceful & painless death
instead, i propose life-time imprisonment with daily labor for constructive structures for the good of the community....granted that prisoners are not very reliable in doing a good job at forced labor, at least they have to pay for their rents and life-sustaining substances...
death penalty would do nothing good for society, yet will costs more for the living in terms of tax...keeping them alive and forcing them to contribute to build a better world is much more efficient...
now, for countries other than the US, where death penalty is a matter of a rope and a stool, i strongly opposes it still, because that's still inefficient comparing to what the prisoner might be able to contribute if he is to be kept alive

let me first say something about this persons post....
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SMOKING ? oh my god, one of the MAIN reasons that the american economy is in the shitter right now is BECAUSE of illegal immigrants. you should not be allowed to talk. not only that, but holy shit, lets take california as an example
FACTS:
• In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.
• A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in southern California is illegal; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater. The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico.
• The leadership of the Columbia Lil’ Cycos gang, which uses murder and racketeering to control the drug market around L.A.’s MacArthur Park, was about 60 percent illegal in 2002, says former assistant U.S. attorney Luis Li. Francisco Martinez, a Mexican Mafia member and an illegal alien, controlled the gang from prison, while serving time for felonious reentry following deportation.
source: http://www.city-journal.org/html/14_1_the_illegal_alien.html
this is just ONE state, and these are just some statistics. fucking look up some facts before you open that gaping idiot hole of yours.
(i dont meant to direct this entirely at Walrothetacoking, but everyone who has idiotic love/love/peace ideas about damn illegals. god damn idiot liberals need to be beaten to within an inch of your life with a lead pipe)
i could go into further detail and bring up more facts to support my argument, and to show everyone else on the other side of it how bad they are at life; but this is a forum and i want to go read some manga.
😀
edit: keep in mind that all those statistics are from 2004, and the illegal immigrant flood has increased exponentially, which means that those figures are now LOWER BOUNDS estimates..

"belong in" is an ignorant way of saying things. people don't "belong" to any one country or place. each and every one of us is equal; should have equal rights; and should be able to live wherever we want and be treated like a human being and not a number or object every where in the world. i'm canadian and live in canada. i see tons of foreigners and not once did i think "they don't belong here" or "they shouldn't be treated the same as me".
anyway, i don't see how this really has anything to do with the death penalty. 😐
as for the death penalty, NO i do not think it's right. nobody has the right to take a life. that doesn't change just because a group of people call it "justice". killing is killing. besides, if i was a victim of a crime and the charged criminal was sentenced to death (which would be impossible here btw) i would rather he/she be put in jail to think about what they did for the rest of their life. and if he/she didn't feel regret or guilt, you could always slip baba/babette a few bills to do some damage 😃

god i want to hit you with a lead pipe in the head. people are NOT created equal, thats just new age hippie mumbo jumbo. are we all created equal in the eyes of god, sure why not? although then thats another whole discussion about how the idea of the existance of a christian god is flawed. BUT in the eyes of man, everyone is not created equal, it sounds harsh but its true, people are better, and luckier than other people. its simply how the world works, and no amount of idiotic government programs will change that. besides, this equality that you speak of comes at a heavy cost to everyones freedom.
btw, are you retarded? did anyone once say "boo foreigners"? no. i just hate people who's very act of coming into the country i live in, is a crime, and its a crime for a good reasons. No one here is talking about hating foreigners, i (like everyone else im sure) finds the diversity of this world extremely interesting, we are not bashing people of different color, but criminals.

and that is exactly what makes people so narrow minded. did you know that "less unfortunate people" (as people like you call them) don't think of themselves as that? metally handicapped people, for example, don't think of themselves as handicapped. they think of themselves like anyone else. so yes, in that aspect we are all equall. just because some rich, pompous, narrowminded and selfish people deemed themselves as "better" or "more fortunate" that others, it DOES NOT make it true by any means. so think for yourself a bit, instead of playing a sheep.
