As for endings... I cannot think of any at the moment. Probably because I never stick around after an episode is over long enough to watch them. 😳

I really like the opening of Higashi no Eden (Oasis - Falling Down), mostly because of the fact that Oasis is one of the best bends ever.
Also every opening and ending of all seasons of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.
And of course, everything that includes Asian Kung-Fu Generation, oh yeah, and the fourth ending of Soul Eater is also great (Abingdon Boys School - Strength).

Eden of the East / Higashi no Eden OP — the song was déjà vu when I first watched it, and I realized I listened to the song by Oasis earlier in the week.
Neon Genesis Evangelion OP — to be honest, I've never watched any of the Eva series yet for some of it's mature themes, but I really like the theme song.
ef - a tale of memories OP + ef - a tale of melodies (sequel) OP and ED 3.
And then all or most themes from Ouran (because they're sadly such classics imo), Code Geass, Gundam SEED/ Destiny, or Eureka Seven. Rofl.
