Agree with that... Parallel Hearts is one of my favourite OPs too... Yuki Kajiura is such a great talented composer...
Other favourites of mine are the first Soul Eater OP, the Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni OP and the Umineko No Naku Koro Ni OP (even though the anime itself was utterly /shit/). I also like A LOT of other OPs and EDs but these ones are my absolute favourites.

I love the Naruto ones. Especially Namikaze Satellite-Snowkel, all the owns by Flow, and Closer-Joe Inoue. The others...I'm not sure.
