I don't really like to pick any specific one out, especially since I like a lot of anime openings and endings, but I would say that those would be my favorites if I had to name them. My ending choice is kind of shaky, though, because the song is just average. But it's the concept behind the actual ending that makes it good.

The new opening of D.Gray-man is gorgeous - 'Doubt and trust'. Can't stop listening to it. Darker than black 1, is good, too.
As to endings - 'Shinkirou' from Black Blood Brothers is IT for me. And D.Gray-man's 'Snow Kiss' and 'Antoinette Blue' ^^

i like the first opening from gto, the new bleach opening, the first bleach opening, the beck opening, the samurai champloo opening, the english dbz openings, the japanese dbz openings, any opening by asian kung fu rev.( i just like their sound) and the first closing from school rumble. Right now my favorite opening is the opening in Ghost in the shell 2nd gig. I like the first opening in Darker than Black too.
The ending in Ghost in the shell 2nd gig is nice, but I almost never look at the ending so I can't relly mention any now, I'll post more if I find more, but almost everyone is mentioned already.
