That is an almost perfect description of Watashi ni XX Shinasai. Well, the girl only plays with the main guy - not a bunch of guys, but still.....

Prunus Girl---but the gender of the girl is unknown and is basically the driving force of the manga. The guy is really popular and so is the girl but they are not players though. The girl just messes with the boy a lot.
Also check out the anime Spice and wolf and its sequel. They are not players but they mess around a lot with eachother and its just awesome.
